Stone Bridge

from $200.00

Oftentimes these backroads have no shoulders to pull over, so, as was the case here, I pulled into the property’s driveway. After running around the perimeter of the yard, in an attempt to catch that just-right angle, I pulled back onto the main road only to see a woman flagging me down. I stopped, put down my window, and received a somewhat agitated: “What are you doing?” I replied, with the best smile I could muster: “I was fascinated with this barn and wanted to take some pictures.” She wasn’t sold, so I added: “I’m a photographer.” With that, her interest was slightly piqued, so I handed her a business card, and as I did, I got what appeared to be a faint smile. Note to self: Always have biz cards handy.
