No visit to Ocean City, NJ, is complete without a swim in the saltwater, a sampling of caramel popcorn, or a ride on one of the many amusement rides. For me, a special outing with my six-year-old nephew and mom included a fun ride on the ferris wheel on a summertime dusky eve. When the ride paused at the top, I turned around to see our famous local fishing pier, with a backdrop of sand, sea, sky.
